All fees disclosed in advance; travel/printing/rush are additional. Per NM statute, standard notarial acts are $5 per signature.

What IDs are accepted?

Government-issued photo ID (Driver License, Passport, Tribal ID). Expired IDs may not be acceptable.

Is Remote Online Notarization legal in New Mexico?

Yes. We use BlueNotary for secure remote notarization with audio/video and tamper-evident e-seals.

Do you visit hospitals, jails, or remote locations?

Yes, subject to access rules and the signer’s awareness/willingness. Additional waiting or access fees may apply.

Can you draft or review documents?

No. A notary may explain notarial certificates but cannot provide legal advice. Please consult an attorney for legal questions.
